Note / Common problem:
Poor quality pencil lead often snapped / break inside the sharpener, it will cause pencil lead stuck inside the sharpening mechanism. Unscrew the sharpening mechanism behind, use a sharp point object to poke and dig out the broken pencil lead that stuck inside.

NOT SUITABLE FOR JUMBO SIZE PENCIL LEAD.
